FCRM 3.0b4: Add SmartLinks to SmartCodes Inserter Dialog
Note: This was requested in v2. See

It would really be more convenient to show the SmartLinks that are available directly in the SmartCodes lookup/inserter dialog. And use the name of the SmartLink rather then the random identifier code so that it is much easier for us to determine the correct SmartLink we want to use. And as a bonus, it would be really nice if we hovered over the name of the SmartLink and it would show the SmartLink description.

Definitely this - plus the ability to create smartlinks on the fly would be double awesome.

Norm SashΒ we have a added anew toolbar item for smartlinks (just after normal link icon).
Shahjahan JewelΒ Ah, thanks. I looked for it but missed it. I was looking for the same {} icon that is used in the main tool bar rather than a πicon.
... although I do realize that the 'smartlinks' is different than the field inserter.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Ok, I just tested the SmartLink inserter. Thanks so much for adding that!
However, when I actually used it in an email directly in the text (not in an 'add link' dialog, it inserts the text Name of the SmartLink, but it doesn't actually make it a link. It's just the name of the smartlink.
If I use it within the 'add link' dialog then it does add the SmartLink http link.
Would it be possible, if the SmartLink is inserted directly into the text, that it inserts the Name of the Smartlink and automatically adds the http link to the text?
