Email List Cleaning Workflows
Coming from Omnisend, I used their built-in Email List Cleaning service, bounce handling, and all that.
Aside from Bounce Handling practices, what workflows and tools do you use for Email List Cleaning?
I'm checking economical alternatives to ZeroBounce, such as Email Verifier & Blacklist Shield by BrandNav.
Do you have recommended tools and workflows? Ideally with deeper integration with FluentCRM's contact list.

BTW: There is also Zero Bounce one time credits deal on AppSumo but its not a real LTD deal since credits are not renewed on monthly basis and once you use them that's it.
Mat Thanks so much! I see multiple AppSumo LTD options such as Reoon (starts $89), Email Verifier & Blacklist Shield by BrandNav (starts $49), and Email List Validation (low 3.5 Star rating).
Were you also able to check the BrandNav one?
Aside from price differences, I wonder if there are workflow integration/list cleaning automation features that makes one better than the others?

Allan Reoon is mature product (I dont think they are adding a new features to it because probably it has what is needed - I dont follow each product updates) and you can use Reoon with fForms - I am not sure the other product tiers details etc.
The best way is to read all comments and rating under each AppSumo deal - number of comments and rating (vs LTD pricing) is not random in this case and both products maturity is different.
When it comes to workflow how to use verification its a larger topic and your own strategy.
Example:
For a new mailing list or a warmup process or before sending a brand new email campagn you can or should validate all your emails (I hope you didn't buy the mailing list emails) so you can split your emails in to smaller groups instead of sending a big marketing campagn to one large group at one shot. Once you send your campagn in smaller parts you can track your email bouncing and/or RBLs and extend your sending to other mailing group etc.
For cold emails it's better to use 3rd party tools (IP/email) so it's a different case but still its good to verify your mailing list.
For collecting new emails from your forms you can verify provided email address instantly with connecting the Reoon verifying tool via API to your form.
Mat I'm a happy Reoon's user! It works perfect! I automated with Pabbly Connect, BUT lately I'm trying their own plugin that integrates very well with Fluent Forms and WordPress.

On a related note, I have Emailit (also from AppSumo) up and running. But I've been experiencing hiccups every couple of days, so I might switch to Maileroo. If I go ahead with Maileroo, I'll go check their email verification features if that might do the trick
