Dynamic segments for custom Company data - is it possible?

Could anyone help me, how can I create a dynamic segment in FluentCRM that includes contacts belonging to companies where the Custom Company Fields (multi selection) have both x and y selected? (for exapmle a client company has paid services: web hosting + website maintenance, and I would like to send an email campaign for those contacts, who belong to a company that paying for these services) Thank You.
