Customizing the Manage Subscription Page or Populate Fluent Forms with Customer Tags

Hello all,

I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to customize the Fluent CRM Manage Subscriptions page.

Barring that I am wondering if anyone knows how I can go about getting a contact's tags and use that to populate checkboxes in a Fluent Form. That way I can emulate the behavior of the default Manage Subscriptions page and then do some dynamic tagging from there and allow contacts to edit their subscriptions that way.

Basically what I'm trying to do is have a page from which my Newsletter Subscribers can manage their subscriptions, but have it themed like the rest of the site, and have it work from tags and not lists like the default.
