Customising WooCommerce Order Status Emails & Creating Custom Statuses

Is it possible to edit WooCommerce status emails, such as “New Order,” “Processing,” “Completed,” etc.? Additionally, is there a way to create new custom order statuses?

If not, could this be considered as a feature request?
