Custom Engagement Reporting
We are working towards replicating some features we loved from previous CRMs.
Also looking to see if there is interest for us releasing some of these features, or if the Fluent Team would want to merge them soon.
This time I'm showing off our Email Engagement Analysis reports for tracking what time users are most engaging with emails.
We are exploring now doing this per user, and scheduling emails based on users optimal engagement period
Shahjahan Jewel would love some insights/feedback. Would you want to adopt any of this, or should we look at some paid FluentCRM Power Tools addon? We have lots of extra stat cards, improved JSON event handling, integrations with our other plugins etc.
I would LOVE to see more of this type of data. It would be phenomenal to get more insights that lead me to being more impactful to customers and subscribers.
