CRM: New user Welcome email Automation
I recently imported automation template, a “Imported New User Welcome Email (Imported @ 2024-08-08 10:51:54).” However, instead of the expected WordPress new user welcome email, it’s showing the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart template.
I was expecting the default WordPress user welcome email template, not a WooCommerce-related one. Could you please take a look at this and help me resolve it?
Nazir Himel can you take a look? Maybe our source template JSON is wrong.
Shahjahan Jewel Fixed. Should have the correct email after the cache is refreshed. By the way, we did not intend to replace the WordPress user welcome email, just an updated email for general purposes. The WordPress user welcome email will keep sending unless the user stops it using a code snippet.
