CRM : Issue with Email Design in CRM – Looks Different in Test Email
When I design an email in the CRM, it looks great in the builder—but when I send a test email, the formatting looks completely different.

Email in general is not supporting full html. Also any html has to be inlined. You can use https://htmlemail.io/inline/ for that.
Also, IMHO nobody cares about these details. Just watch yourself how you go through a batch of daily emails and what you care for.
