Connect FluentForms address fields to FluentCRM via webhook on different site

I have a form with the address block and multiple others fields. All other fields were easy to map to custom fields in Fluent CRM. But the addresses block and DOB block do not map to the native FluentCRM fields. This seems odd since the are both Fluent products. How do I map the address and DOB fields? Note: this is using a webhook. FluentCRM is on a subdomain of Fluent Forms.
