bug?

I'm not sure if this is due to missing translations, but some text and functionality seem to be missing in FluentCRM when the site language is set to Hebrew (My profile language is set to English).

Personally, I'd prefer the FluentCRM interface to remain entirely in English, while supporting RTL whenever it's needed. What's the recommended way to fix this? Shahjahan JewelΒ

Not sure what happened to your case, but we will try to reproduce the issue. Check if you added blank string to those string translations.

Shahjahan JewelΒ I'm using the Loco Translate plug-in. Couldn't find this string either on FluentCRM or FluentCRM Pro: Remove Community Badge

Another bug happened when I tagged multiple people. When I tested with just one person (myself), the Flowomatic automation worked perfectly (Tagging was done on my contact) But when I tagged three people at once, the first recipient received the same email, which is the last step in the Flowomatic flow, about 250 times.

The second recipient received it fewer times, probably because I stopped the process.

I don't understand what caused this behavior.

I'm curious how I can determine whether this is a Flowomatic issue or FluentCRM or maybe something else.

Sella YoffeΒ I would reach out flowmattic as we trigger the actions only once per contact so maybe they are keeping those in memory or something.

Shahjahan Jewel From what I've seen in the FluentCRM UI, the operation never stopped on its own. I had to stop it manually, so it seems like a loop is being created. Is there any way to see the logs that are generated in the background to help troubleshoot this?

I've opened a ticket with Flowomatic and also ticket #177219 with WPManageNinja.

Sella YoffeΒ So this is how it works, it loop your selected contacts one by one and add the selected tags once at a time and trigger the action only to that contact's context for the assigned tag. So most probably the problem is with how Flowmattic is handling the action.

Shahjahan JewelΒ I'm writing this and referring to your answers in Flowmatic Support. Thank you very much.
