Bring back the FluentCRM LTD this Black Friday

People are reselling licenses all over FB groups and other black markets. It would be really nice if you guys would consider bringing this back for a limited time.

Jose Luis Duron Do you have a reason for saying "no," or do you just like posting GIFs?

Zach T

Jose Luis DuronΒ Seriously trying to understand why you said "no", especially after reading this profile:

https://fluentcrm.com/jose-luis-duron-entrepreneural-journey/

"Jose wanted to reduce the cost of his business and was on the lookout for a cost-effective solution. Fortunately, he discovered FluentCRM at that time...Jose thought FluentCRM could be a game-changer for his business since everything can be managed inside WordPress. Plus, the crazy-affordable pricing helped him make the decision in no time!"

So you like FluentCRM because it's affordable and you likely got access to the LTD, but what's good for you isn't good for others?

Am I missing something here?

Jose Luis Duron

Zach TΒ Hey, don't take it personally. FCRM is a solid tool that doesn't need an LTD campaign.

I'm not romantic with this topic.
This is business.
I'm a proud FCRM evangelist.

And, in my opinion, it'd not fair with early customers who supported from the very beginning when much people didn't believe on the tool and team.

Again, it's not personal.

This is a recurrent topic that has been talked and Shahjahan Jewel has said that LTD for FCRM is not in plans.

Zach T

Jose Luis Duron I do not understand your points, especially the "not fair" part. How is it unfair to you if someone else gets the LTD, too? What do you lose if someone else gets a good deal? There are all sorts of reasons people might not have been able to buy into the LTD when it was available, including not knowing it was available.

Secondly, there are many, many "solid tools" in the WordPress space that offer LTDs, including FluentForms, Paymattic, and FluentCommunity. Just today, FluentCommunity launched, and I invested $1000 in the LTD.

Thanks for sharing your reason for saying "no." That's great that you are a proud FCRM evangelist, but your reasons for saying this are not convincing; please don't take it personally that I am pointing that out.

I love Fluent CRM! Frankly LTD might not be viable for the WP Manage Ninja team, but on the other hand I totally disagree with BlackFriday promotions... It is strange to offer 30-40-50-60% discount to someone new who might use or not the tool. On the other hand customers who have paid for several years to be left without option for a discount. If I were you I would offer option to existing customers to get the same discount as the new "would be customers". The people who pay are the ones who have to be cherished and taken care of. Otherwise is so simple for someone clever to adjust his/her subscription to start/end during BF promodays. Then cancel the subscription and to buy a new discounted one. Or as someone mentioned to exchange accounts or serial numbers. I am totally against that, but it would be really fair to take better care of current customers instead of searching for a new ones with discounts. Shahjahan JewelΒ

I am also a big fan of Fluent CRM, but there is always a middle ground for WordPress LTDs to be viable for both the seller and the customer. A good example is how Kadence sells its LTD. It's four times the annual subscription price. So, the seller gets to capture four years of guaranteed revenue, and the customer gets the deal going forward in year five and on. You can see the same strategy being used right now for Fluent Forms. The LTD is about 3.5x the cost of a single-year subscription. Maybe offer an LTD for existing customers, as they have already committed? If a competitor comes along who will offer me an LTD and the quality is equivalent, I will probably move to the competitor because they are showing me more regard as a customer. I do not want to be captive to a lot of subscriptions. I will invest upfront to avoid it (LTD or one-off purchase). If that isn't an option, I will usually not move forward, and if I do, I will be very open to leaving if an alternative comes up. WPMN is selling an ecosystem. Customer loyalty will sell existing and future products. LTDs build customer loyalty.

Zach TΒ Hi Zach! Totally on board with you! What you suggest would be a real show of appreciating your customers! That is why I totally disagree with those Black Friday frenzied attempts. Frankly speaking in my business I only give discounts to my existing customers and not to the new ones. That really helps me increasing LTV - that way we really show our gratitude! - The same would be applied here - once on board with one plugin - the customers are happy to invest in the next coming. Frankly speaking I have practically all of WPManage Ninja plug-ins. Boards and booking are not suitable for my business model, and now i am considering Fluent community. So if LTD is offered I will definitely get it! With 3x-4x annular subscription price

I just bought the LTD for FluentCommunity and i love it - and i us the free version of FluentCommunity. If there is a LTD i will buy it - otherwise continue with the free version, because i already use mautic ans my free newsletter system

Ender AysalΒ FluentCommunity is okay. It's not even close to a BuddyBoss replacement, though. It's a stripped-down version of Circle. It doesn't feel like it's part of the website it's installed on, so that brings up a number of branding and engagement issues. It's also missing basic QoL features.

Why isn't there a WYSIWYG editor for messages? Why don't published messages support line breaks?
