All in One User Dashboard?
I use FluentCRM, FluentSupport, FluentBooking, and Paymattic on my website (I'm just getting started with FluentAffiliate and will soon implement FluentCart).
Is there a way to create a unified Customer Dashboard experience? Having the customer navigate to separate dashboards is very clunky. The admin side of FluentCRM does a great job integrating everything. Is something like this available for users/customers?
What are people doing for website logins? The standard WP login page or using one of the Fluent product dashboards with a redirect?
TIA!
I am writing to you so that you can explain some doubts that I have.
I have found a solution that allows me to set up the Wordpress administration for my business team.
If anyone has any other interesting solutions, please share. ))
Hi Jason, I'm curious to learn more about what you have in mind. For example, FluentCRM is mostly a backend admin tool. I'm creating addons for Fluent products now with my new brand FluentlyWP, and I am looking for cool ideas, and your post caught my eye. If you have some examples of what a frontend unified dashboard would contain in regards to each product, I'm open to considering this as a feature.
Nelson MillerΒ I'm in a similar boat with Jason since we use FCRM, Paymattic, Community, Booking, and now Affiliate. My wish here would be that our members can see their subscriptions and manage payment methods, AND see their upcoming appointments, in the same place they view their courses and spaces. Approved affiliates would also see that data in that single dashboard.
Lisa RichardsonΒ That doesn't sound like anything related to FluentCRM though, does it? I am just trying to understand.
Nelson MillerΒ Ahh, I misunderstood your question to Jason. No, not FCRM-related. But maybe the inspiration is that FCRM shows us (admins) all of the necessary info on the backend, but our users have to visit several unrelated pages.
Lisa RichardsonΒ I guess you are looking for a user frontend portal, that makes sense. I think FluentCart has something similar, and I wonder if that could be used as a model for it.
Nelson MillerΒ Yes, exactly. A Frontend portal for users that integrates all of the Fluent products into a singular spot. Much like FCRM does on the admin side for CRM, Woo, FForms, FSupport, etc.
