AI integration?

I know I'm gonna catch a ration of sh*t for suggesting this but, Klaviyo has AI campaign creation and various other AI integrated tools. I know it's a big ask but, I feel like it might add a lot to the platform. What are your thoughts?

Just a few use cases off the top of my head would be:

*creating campaigns (structurally, not content) with prompts

*automatic segmentation based on user behavior

*automatic email scheduling

*super granular personalization

*automatic product recommendations

.... the list goes on and on

What do you want the AI to do? I've seen a lot of bad AI implementations; AI for the sake of marketing.

The truth is that AI sucks unless it has a good purpose and clear training instructions. What do you think it will add?

Ryan VickermanΒ really good usecases for AI πŸ™‚

Ryan VickermanΒ Thanks for sharing some ideas. I'm curious to see how the implementation works.

One reason I'm skeptical is that when AI gets prompted to do something creative, it often screws up. Then you have to go back and fix the mistakes or start over. I find generative AI to be one of the areas most lacking in the field right now, from graphic design to building websites or forms.

Tasks, on the other hand, I think AI could be good for automation if you have your rules nailed down.

William BeemΒ ... I totally agree! I don't trust AI I for all the genitive stuff you mentioned but, for doing mindless tasks like that, it just might be a pretty good use case.

I use FlowMattic to make my own AI implementations now. But the automatic segmentation might be cool.
