Aggregated Reports
I'm a bit underwhelmed by the Reports page in the dashboard. Is there not a way to get the info below from single email campaigns combined into an aggregate report that shows overall averages? Having to do it manually is a pain, and this is important data when trying to use it as a sales tool. Also, on the Emails page, is there not an option to add the CTR to the columns? Unless I'm missing something on either, I don't know these exist, but they should. Thanks.
You are not missing anything. This is perhaps one of the biggest issues with a platform that sends emails as the primary offer. From the looks of it 3.0 solves this but until then you're stuck with manual processing.
Hard to believe an email marketing platform can be released without this base level of reporting right?
Chris Davis Yes, that's nuts. Analytics are one of the most important aspects of an email platform like this. Ugh.
