Adding "today" in wait step

Has anyone here successfully added a new wait step like "today" in the conditions?
I am in great need of having the possibility to set a condition of "User created=Today" but this is not an option natively. FCRM does not operate with the term "Today" anywhere.

I have tried creating own condition but so far no luck in getting this to work, only to show up in the automation blocks.
