1-to-1 emails from staff members

Hi everyone,

I’m exploring FluentCRM and need some clarification about 1-to-1 emails from staff members.

Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:

• Each staff member should be able to send personalized 1-to-1 emails to clients.
• Emails should appear as coming from the staff member’s own email address, separate from the global bulk email address used for campaigns.
• Ideally, staff could select their own email from a dropdown or similar, rather than typing it manually every time.

Here’s what I know so far:

• In the “Send Custom Email” screen, the From Name/Email fields are manual entry.
• Templates can pre-fill the fields, but you need a separate template per staff.
• Automations can use dynamic “From” emails via merge tags, but that doesn’t help for manual 1-to-1 emails.

My questions for the community:

1. Has anyone implemented a dropdown list of staff emails for 1-to-1 emails in FluentCRM?
2. Any tips, plugins, or workarounds to make it easy for staff to send emails from their own address without manual typing?
