Hi everyone,
Iβm currently looking for recommendations for experts who specialize in setting up and managing compliant outreach campaigns specifically using the FluentCRM + Google Workspace stack.
Iβm working on a project for thebusinessmatcher.com where we invite organizations to claim/update their existing listings.
Two quick points/questions:
- Feature Suggestion: I wish this forum included a "Service Discussions" or "Hiring" category. There is a lot of talk about product features, but finding vetted experts who understand the nuances of deliverability, warm-up strategies, and DNS configuration for this specific stack is challenging.
- Recommendations: Does anyone have recommendations for experts providing this service?
A note of caution: I recently had a poor experience with a highly-rated expert on Upwork who didn't meet minimum standards required for safe bulk sending., so Iβm being careful this time. Iβd like to have some screenβsharing during the key steps of the setup so I can follow along and understand the important parts of the configuration.
If you are an expert or have worked with a reliable one, Iβd love to hear from you.
I have had so many issues with FCRM not sending mail. It was finally working for a few weeks, and now this. I sent a newsletter yesterday. Got the green checkmark notification that it was sending. This morning, we are still spinning and at 0%. (see screenshot 1)
The only thing that has changed is I moved CRON to the server. I did this with the assistance of my host. The reason I made this change was due to the alerts in FCRM.
Sigh. I'm starting to lose faith. π
Hi guys, when you get an order in Woocommerce, Woo itself triggers an email to be sent to the customer for their confirmation. Does anyone know if its possible to replace the standard Woo emails using automations between Woo and Fluent CRM? I find the Woo email templates awful and am keen on the customization from Fluent:)
Cheers all, I like how everyone is building real business here.
I would like to add more contact status. Now only lead or customer. But I would like to add "Lead" "MQL" "SQL" "Oppurtunity" "Client" and "Ambassador" to the status. Why can I not find where to add these to status?
Do you know how to add content from ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to FluentCRM emails so it displays as text rather than HTML?
Hi,
I have a variable subscription product in WooCommerce with three variations:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Yearly
Before using FluentCRM, I was working with ActiveCampaign + WP Fusion, and everything worked fine.
Now Iβm migrating from ActiveCampaign to FluentCRM, and I decided to stop using WP Fusion and rely only on WooCommerce triggers inside FluentCRM for automations.
The issue Iβm facing is that I cannot find a way for FluentCRM to distinguish between subscription variations.
FluentCRM does not seem to recognize whether the subscription is monthly, quarterly, or yearly, which makes it impossible to build different automations based on the billing period.
My questions are:
- How do you usually handle variable subscriptions in this case?
- Is there a native way in FluentCRM / WooCommerce triggers to detect the subscription variation or billing interval?
- Is it possible to achieve this without using WP Fusion?
Thanks in advance for your help.
I don't know what happens but the title column of table are too narrow and I hardly can read the title.
This happens for pages:
- campaign: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=fluentcrm-admin#/email/campaigns
- automatisation (funnels): /wp-admin/admin.php?page=fluentcrm-admin#/funnels

Please read the full Year in Review and what's our plan for 2026 here: https://fluentcrm.com/fluentcrm-year-in-review-2025/
Scope:
Configure FluentCRM, FluentSMTP and Google Workspace (DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sending limits, bounce handling, etc.) for safe bulk sending and good deliverability.β - Import, clean and segment an existing list (URLs + work emails), then set up tags/segments for staged sending and basic reporting.ββ - Create short, professional email templates and 1β2 followβup messages that: - Explain why the contact is already listed (public web data). - Invite them to review/claim/update their listing via a clear CTA link. - Include proper sender details and unsubscribe/optβout to align with common antiβspam and bulkβsender rules (CANβSPAM/GDPR best practices).β
Is the cool off period the time the automation takes to send the first email? I am just trying this out and my order shows as an Abandon Carts in reports but it shows as Skipped under cool off period. I have looked at the settings and have set the cool off period to 1 day which seems to be the minimum period allowed. Is it possible to set this in hours? or maybe in fractions of a day.
Thanks
Nick
