Can you import "new companies" with "new contacts" at the same time so the contacts are joined to the company properly? I have a dataset that already has both the company and associated contacts.

After using it for a while.

I find the visual builder nice. I also would like to see more "blocks" for woocommerce products.
To be able to create a sequence based on woocommerce purchases.

I find that compared to other platforms, we are heavily missing out on templates.
I'm not someone who does email design by HTML coding. And most platforms become more and more drag and drop with great prebuilt blocks (like elementor, etc).

Where Can i get more templates that can be used in Fluent CRM ?
Wordpress has some really nice email and newsletter plugins, but you have a great automation and sequence design.
You could leverage your product by having great templates. No one likes a blank page. And we all like to have options to choose from

Them I get Fluent CRM and made a automation where someone buy the product and gives assess bla bla, you know you it works 😂 But now I want the people that bought before in the automation because its a yearly subscription. As a onlineseller with a woocommerce shop it would be great if fluent CRM was able to add PDFs or other things automatically in the status-Mails from woocommerce. At the moment it is not possible that fluentCRM adds somethin like the Invoice or legal stuff as a pdf in the attachment of a status mail.

That feature would help a lot and I could cancel an other plugin that does this.

I noticed that with the automation I set up in FluentCRM for abandoned carts, a reminder email was systematically sent to everyone who had already completed their purchase.

How do I set up the funnel correctly? I’d like there to be a few hours between the cart abandonment and the email being sent (as a customer, I hate it when they send it immediately or almost immediately—sometimes I’m still browsing the site’s catalog).

Hi everyone! Just a recomentation for FLUENT CRM. Being able to have a widget for the emails on Fluent CRM for adding videos via a URL (youtube for example) and for social media posts like instagram posts would be awesome. Before using FLUENT CRM I used to have mailchimp and that was a nice feature. I think adding something similar to the emails would be very nice!

Right now what I do is put a image of the cover of the video and insert a URL for the video, but just adding a URL for a video and everything just appearing as it should without uploading images would be nicer.

Some important things missing in FluentCRM :

• Being able to export a list of people who have clicked in a campaign email or in a sequence email or in an automation... This is important to have for a follow-up or to be able to give this list to a team member in order to contact those people...
• As a "CRM", it would be nice to be able to assign contacts to a team member (f.i. a salesman), and allow this team member to connect to FluentCRM but only see the contacts assigned to him.

I hope we can get this (especially the reporting) as soon as possible...

I noticed that we can create an automation to assign badges to a user by fluencrm, but not to remove them. Why?
