WP Super Cache Settings?

I've traced at least some of the issues with FluentCart (forgetting featured image on save, some dynamic properties not rendering on the front end) with WP Super Cache being set to "Enable Caching."

I'd rather not have caching disabled, though. What are the ideal settings to let WP Super Cache play nice with FluentCart?

I have the following set to "do not cache." Am I missing something?
wp-..php
index.php
wp-..php
index.php
/store
/cart
/checkout
/my-account
/feed
/addons
/administrator
/resetpass
/register
/login
/account
/thank-you
/ref
/item/*

It would be nice if there was some kind of 'caching best practices' document with preferable settings for most caching tools πŸ™‚ would save a lot of headaches (not only for FluentCart)

Natascha VantuykomΒ A lot of plugins (like, ew, WooCommerce) have that very thing.
