Will Fluent Cart include other options for downloadable files besides Local and AWS in upcoming updates?

So we can use Dropbox & Drive links as well

Not sure we will do Dropbox or Drive. But Cloudflare R2 is a planned feature, we will work on next month.

Shahjahan JewelΒ I'd like to see Cloudflare R2 added. Now here's the part where I don't know if you can do it or not. Given the recent AWS failure, is it possible to use both AWS and Cloudflare R2 and have one as a fallback for the other?

Not just in FluentCart, but FluentCommunity as well?

Abhishek Prajapati

Shahjahan JewelΒ Thanks for the update. Will it be possible to manually add download links in downloadable files, like in WooCommerce, in a future release instead of using an integration? or any work around?

Angela Grolet

Shahjahan JewelΒ bunny.net plzzz add it

Charlotte

Angela GroletΒ Bunny would be a nice addition!

Shahjahan JewelΒ I avoid AWS like the plague because I have that luxury, so R2 sounds like a nice option. And I already use Bunny so that would also be a really nice option.

Charlotte DΒ Bunny is designed for CDN but it’s not S3 computable and it’s hard to store and retrieve private files.

I love R2 and using R2 in this community as well.

Charlotte

Shahjahan JewelΒ Ah, I had no idea. We use it for video storage & streaming, so I assumed it would work for asset storage. Thanks for educating me. Cloudflare R2 and/or local it is! (And when do you sleep?)

Vanessa Art

Shahjahan JewelΒ Thanks for this great work! Really looking forward to this feature.

Elvis Plaku

Shahjahan JewelΒ bunny.net please!

Brooks Glenn

bunny.net should be top priority
