Upgrade Paths - can you downgrade?
If an upgrade path is set on a product, does the customer get the option to downgrade as well?
The functionality fully depends on the admin's configuration. The admin can define paths from one plan to another. Therefore, if the admin permits a plan change to a lower tier, it is indeed possible. However, admins are advised not to enable downgrades(For now), as they may involve refunds which would require manual handling by the admin.
