Subscription based WP maintenance service
Doing some brainstorming here.
I use an invoicing service here in Norway that keeps track of all my invoices and gives me my months totals and compares it with last year, the year before etc.
I have to manually send out an invoice saying something like:
Client name and address.
June - Maintenance and update service. For clientsite.com.
Total included Norwegian VAT (named Mva of 25%)
Includes my Norwegian bank account number.
I do this every month for 8-10 web site clients whom have a monthly plan. Others have a yearly plan.
Now let's say that I can use FluentCart for subscription based WP maintenance service. Every month a template/predefined invoice is automatically sent out to all the 8-10 clients that have monthly payment plans. With the needed info mentioned above.
Hi, from what I've seen, I think you won't have any problems... except for the billing issue. I already posted a comment about how I think it should work, at least here in Europe. Let me know if you think I missed something.

Left side.
Client name on the left.
Description.
MVA / Norwegian Vat.
Right side.
The words: Page 1 of 1.
The word: INVOICE in capital letters.
Just below not boxed. My Company name Sun wind Creation Paal Joachim Romdahl + my address.
Invoice date, invoice number and pay by date.
Price - number of hours - Rebate - MVA - number amount.
Not boxed. Total amount without MVA/VAT + MVA/VAT.
Total Payment.
On the bottom.
The word PAYMENT INFORMATION in capital letters.
Invoice number, total amount, some extra info and my Norwegian bank account the client is to pay into.
All of this is brainstorming to show how I setup an invoice using the Norwegian invoicing system that I use. To give additional inspiration.
All of this means that we need a flexibility in fields. Move field boxes around, add additional boxes, having conditionals in relation to numbers etc. As each country will have their own specific way of creating an invoice.
Ps
Some instances no VAT/MVA is used. So that also means being able to use VAT or no VAT.
