STUCK ORDER STATUS
I have an issue which i guess its similar to many others here on ORDER STATUS (on hold, completed ) etc we noticed once an order has been marked as paid, the status automatically changes to completed , we want to manually approve orders. can we be able to switch off automatic fullfilment upon payment? also this rule should not apply for download items which require access after payment
Currently, we make orders auto complete if all items are digital. We will make it configurable
Shahjahan Jewel we offer digital services whereby a customer places an order, they make payments, then our staff work on their requst and notify the client once completed, we cant change it to physical product since it a sevice and we dont want to mark an order as completed while its not, so configuration per product will be great as some other products ( downloadable files ) dont need to be on hold once paid
