Stripe notifications
When you purchase something on FluentCart you receive the receipt but also the stripe email.
Could this be reduced to just receive the FluentCart email?
🤔….don‘t we always get emails from PayPal/Stripe, too, when we buy something (doesn‘t matter which cart)
Manuel Müller mmm, I am used to conduct test purchases with other carts and I do not receive them (maybe it’s something related to test purchases?)
I am thinking for example on Open AI purchases (first to come to my mind).
You just receive their email even they use stripe.
Maybe I am wrong. But I think not all carts send that stripe email.
Thinking of surecart too. I purchased products in stores that use it and no stripe notification was send as far as I remember. Neither for renewals.
Just asking so as to mantain a consistent confirmation email.
Jorge de los Reyes just checked my latest purchases, I always got an invoice and a seperate paypal email….
Even when I sell via Surecart (subscription), i get a surecart Admin mail and a seperate mail from paypal, telling me that i earned something….
Don‘t know if it‘s just PayPal related?🤔
Manuel Müller mmm, I also receive stripe merchants notification on surecart (not sure about PayPal). But not when I am the client on a surecart store.
Do you have any experience with that too? (Purchasing on a surecart store and not receiving also the stripe confirmation?).
As I said. I am not very sure if this is possible.
I am just checking past surecart purchases and can not find the stripe counterpart.
