Hello FluentCart Team,

I’m currently testing FluentCart for full integration within my Fluent ecosystem (FluentCRM, FluentBooking, etc.) and I’d like to clarify a few technical points:

  1. Direct sales mode without a public store:

Is it possible to completely disable the public “store” section and manage only direct-sale products, without displaying a catalog on the site?

  2. Direct purchase link:

Can a one-click checkout or unique payment link be generated for each product, so it can be embedded in any button or call-to-action, without publishing a dedicated product page?

  3. External invoicing via API:

Is there any option or hook to disable FluentCart’s internal invoicing system and instead send order data (customer, product, price, VAT, Stripe payment info) to an external invoicing tool via API (for example, Abby)?

  4. Customer history and external invoices:

If invoicing is handled externally, is it possible to retain purchase history within the FluentCart customer account and display a link to the PDF invoice generated by the external tool?

  5. CRM segmentation and automations:

In this setup, would it still be possible to:

    • Keep the customer record inside FluentCart,
    • Automatically create or update the contact in FluentCRM,
    • Add the contact to specific lists or segments,
    • And trigger FluentCRM automations (e.g., tagging by purchased product, sending onboarding emails, etc.)?

Thank you in advance for clarifying these points. These features are key for a smooth and professional integration in a WordPress environment focused on service-based sales and subscriptions.

3 should work with webhooks. But I was unable to get this working. A current webhook does to fire.
