🧠 Product Sales Reporting – Next Level

I have to say: the Product Reporting module is blazing fast and incredibly useful.

In our own business (we run a digital school and consulting service), we’ve built a custom dashboard that consolidates income, revenue, costs, and even EBITDA — all in one place. And what you’ve just released with FluentCart covers almost everything we used to manage through Google Sheets... except, of course, the cost structure.

That’s why the “Manage Profit/Cost” option caught my attention.
Quick question: Is this field just for internal tracking, or are you planning to use this data for deeper insights — like net profit per product, margin analytics, etc.? Would love to see where this goes!

🛠 Manual Payments / Create Orders

Love these additions. They’re essential for service-based businesses like ours. Super useful for backend control and offline workflows.

💰 Some ideas for the future VAT / Tax calculation

Please consider having toggls for choosing which products should show as "Tax included" and which not.

For sites selling services (B2B, where the use is Price+tax) and digital goods (B2C, where the use is Price (tax included), having this will be a game changer for simplicity.

Something, other e-com solutions ignored.

I also think that, with the Coming-Soon-Tax-Hell in Europe due to the technicity of Live Digital Billing connected with tax authorities, a solution this flexible and dev oriented like Fluent Cart will definitely be a super handy tool!

💡 Suggestion 1: Dashboard Customization

It would be amazing to have a drag-and-drop feature to customize the dashboard.
For example, I’d love to prioritize subscription metrics instead of general store KPIs — especially for membership-based models.

💡 Suggestion 2: Customer oriented stats (Reports by client and not only by product).

It would be super handy to be able to see stats like:
- Life Time Value, source of the purchase (I've seen you guys have an UTM module for that that looks really promising)

-More customer oriented stats like, reports. Having the opportunity of filtering by client + products would be, like we are currently doing, an interesting insight!

✅ Server specs

It will be good to know which specs are recommended for a site with the whole Fluent Empire Suite :)

Specially when, I think that not few of us, have started toying with the xCloud VPS servers!
