Shipping same as billing/Billing same as Shipping

It'd be great to be able to have some options around this checkbox, up to and including removing it altogether. For example if we wanted to just have ONE address set (billing, or shipping) then the checkbox is/would be unnecessary. I tested removing the Billing address completely and there was no way just have the shipping address showing.

I would be great to really be able to customize what shows up, when, AND to have the checkbox be toggled automatically, or not, or not even viable in the options.
