Shipping methods order and default

It seems as though the shipping methods are ordered from most expensive to least expensive and the most expensive is selected by default. I can't find a way to re-order them. I definitely do not want the most expensive option to be the default. Am I missing something?

For now I wrote a php snippet. It works. This should become a core option. If you use it remember to start it with \<?php -

add_action('init', function () {
if (!class_exists('\FluentCart\App\Models\ShippingMethod')) {
return;
}

\FluentCart\App\Models\ShippingMethod::addGlobalScope('rsi_shipping_display_order', function ($builder) {
    $builder->reorder('order', 'ASC')->orderBy('amount', 'ASC');
});

});
