Selling Memberships with Fluent Cart

How is everyone selling memberships, when you need to collect a series of data in advance of the checkout?

We were previously doing this with Fluent Forms for a specific client, but I like the idea of moving the checkout to Fluent Cart so that we can upsell add-ons, manage subscriptions, and track the order history.
