Release Week Day 5: Introducing Page Browsing History for FluentCart 🎉
And just like that, we are at Day 5. The last one.
What a week this has been. Five releases in five days:
- Day 1: 1.3.19, new Variation Editor and Packaging
- Day 2: One-click EDD to FluentCart Migration
- Day 3: 1.3.21, S3 and Cloudflare R2 Support + improments
- Day 4: 1.3.22, Advanced Inventory Management
- Day 5: Page Browsing History (today)
Not just five version bumps. Every release had real features, real improvements, real fixes. No filler. Super proud of what the team shipped this week. Shipping at this pace without dropping quality is hard, and they did it with no drama and a lot of late-night messages.
Okay, today's release.
We just shipped Page Browsing History, a new add-on for FluentCart Pro.
Here is the idea. You know what your customers bought. But you have no idea why they bought it. Which page pulled them in? Did they read your pricing page three times before deciding? Until now, the only way to figure that out was to bolt on some external analytics tool.
With this addon, every order now shows the full trail of pages the customer visited before checkout. Right inside FluentCart. Open an order, see the journey.
Quick rundown:
- Full browsing trail on every order. Every page they visited in order, with time spent on each.
- First and last referrer. If they found you on Google but came back through your newsletter, both are captured. Real attribution tied to a real sale.
- Snapshot storage. The session is copied into the order when it is created, so the history stays with the order forever.
- Privacy-first. One anonymous cookie. No IPs, no fingerprints, no third-party services.

Free for FluentCart Pro users. Download it here and upload from WP admin. No setup, just install it and future orders will carry their own browsing history.

Love the page browsing history, will test ASAP. Tested the EDD migration tool and sent lots of feedback. Can’t wait to be able to move to FluentCart, I really like the product.

Page browsing is amazing for FluentCart. I wish there was a way to track page browsing through my directory sites as well. When will you guys ever release a directory plugin so I can ditch Directorist and finally have one clean eco-system!?

As Parm Saggu already metioned, the history should be integrated with FluentCRM. I would even prefer to have this featured deployed in FluentCRM instead of FluentCart. Here's why:
Analyzing user behavior is far more relevant for marketers than for product or shop managers. Marketers are more likely to work with FluentCRM, whereas shop managers typically use FluentCart
