Recover abandoned carts for FluentCart?
Can abandoned carts be recovered in FluentCart, or via Fluentcrm? Or is it pro version feature? Looking for automation with Fluentcrm, or is another plugin required to recapture the incomplete abandon carts in FluentCart checkout shop? Thanks
It's not in core yet, but I think it was mentioned somewhere that they want to add that feature to core at some point.

They know the massive importance of having this for woocommerce that they offer it in Fluentcrm.. so when is available for Fluentcart?
The lack of "abandoned cart" is difficult to convince making the switch from woo to Fluentcart. Lets go ninjas

yep.. and in the meantime I wonder if a hack could be made by creating an automation, using tags and duplicating the recovery steps..

I'm afraid that this is not currently supported in FluentCRM. However, if you are using the FlowMattic plugin, you can take advantage of its “Order Created” trigger to initiate either a FluentCRM automation or a FlowMattic flow. You would need to configure the automation or flow so that the delay step runs only if the order has not yet been completed. I haven't implemented this yet by myself, but assume it should work.
