Quarter frequency not a available?

Just noticed that subscriptions is missing quarter recurrency?

Tried: subscription + installments. But that would not be the use case (of a quarterly subscription, continuing until cancellation, common in services :( ).

Also a question: how is fluent cart managing cancellations?

Does it allow to cancel immediately or do we have the choice to set cancellation to be due at the end of the billing cycle?
