Product stock per day

I've put in a feature request for managing product stock per day via a ticket, but thought I'd post it publicly here as well to see if others might be interested in such a feature as well.

The idea is that you would be able to specify product stock ahead of time, per day. A scenario where this would be useful would be a bakery or local food pickup shop which have weekly menus with varying stock per day, and people can place an order for a specific day. You would have to be able to specify stock per day which is currently not possible.

For a project I'm currently working on I need a system like this, but it's a bit difficult to handle this type of stock management. Hopefully FC can help out here.
