Product Page Customization / Private Product
I don't see any way to remove the related products below this and one of them is a special offer that they should only be able to access through a specific sales funnel.
Second to this would be to have a private product that isn't only visible to admins. ie. it can be seen on a specific salespage but not in the main store anywhere.

The products at the bottom are FluentCart related products. They show because they share a category with this product.
To hide them, go to FluentCart → Settings → Product Page and uncheck “Show Relevant In Single Page”.
Also remove the special-offer product from that same category, so it is not suggested there.
For a product that should only be on a sales page, set that product to Private. Private products do not show in the shop.
Then add it to your sales page with:
[fluent_cart_single_product id="YOUR_PRODUCT_ID"]
