Partial Payment
Is it possible for Fluent Cart to accept partial payments? Then the website owner collects the balance owing in a separate transaction outside of fluent cart?
We sell an high end / expensive product and would only like the customer to pay say $500 on the website and the remaining balance at a later date.
like deposits? Quite a few of us have requested this as well :)

What about charging the signal of $500, and then creating a manual order for the rest?
I guess you can use a memo on the first order for specifying the Product details.

Martin Langen By “charging the signal,” I meant charging the deposit, the initial $500 booking payment.
So the flow would be:
- Customer pays the $500 deposit on the site.
- You then create a manual order in FluentCart for the remaining balance and collect it later (offline or via a separate link).
