Nonprofit: Option to Pay Transaction Fees?
My wife and I run a nonprofit where users donate small amounts monthly (recurring) and then suggest and vote on causes they'd like the community to support. The cause with the most votes receives the community donation each month. Could fluentCart be used for capturing recurring donations? And would it be possible to give donors the option to pay their own transaction fee(s), which is a big deal in the nonprofit space?

Display the calculated fees below the payment summary using a numeric field. The field label says "Your donation includes $X in fees"
There are a few ways I have used this:
- Donation is then the total - fees (example: $10 total = $.59 for fees, $9.41 donated).
- Enable the subscription payment item to allow user input amount. Then set it up as you wish (ie: minimum requirement)
- Add an additional custom payment amount field where they can include money to cover fees or any extra amount (this is useful for organizations where they are collecting money for a specific event but also do many other things and are looking for additional donations but also works for covering the transaction fees).
PS I have Pro versions of everything so not sure what features are core vs Pro.
