Well done together with your team.

Am just curious, could there be a fluent cart automation that might do....when user added to space....the user is added to a fluent cart subscription for some product is granted them access to some course or courses.......when the subscription period expires.....user removed from both the course and space......

We have FluentCart Pro and using it with WP Fusion (WP Fusion is where the automations happen.) Simply create an integration that adds product tags and removes them upon refund or when a member's subscription ends. The price of the plugin will save you countless hours of admin time.
