Invoice Template -> Business name and reg code

How can I add business name field and extra custom field (registry nr/code) to the invoice? Thanks!

Also would be cool to hide addess fields and company name and just make it visible to those who fill the checkbox "I want to buy as a company" or something like that. But I managed to do it with custom JS.
