Internal user for licensed products

Hiya, I’m exploring how to set up a product license that is to be sold via FluentCart, what I’m wondering though is how can I “bypass” the license order process for internal users. In other words, create a license like it was sold but without actually buying one through the interface.

I found how to create a customer, but that customer hasn’t bought anything of course when you just create a customer, so how can I attach a license?
