Import/export products and customers
I know a full woo migration option is on the roadmap, but is it somehow possible to import products and customers from woo, with a csv or something?
if you do staging for tests I'm happy to share my plugin woocommerce -> fluent cart migrator. so you can test it and if happy in staging go live ;)

if they have global variations it seems impossible, as fluentcart doesnt have global attributes for now
