I have some physical-product feature questions!
I am ready to buy a multi-site license today if I can get the features I need or if I see they're coming soon. But some things I'd consider very basic to ecommerce are not even on the roadmap -- is this because they're so obvious they don't need to be listed, or is FluentCart focusing primarily on digital products?
I sell both digital and physical products. (Digital variations should have a way to turn off tracking inventory, please.) Physical products need weights and sizes associated, so we can calculate shipping costs. We also need a way to send order data from FluentCart to a carrier -- and this integration, even real time, is actually described as included in the FAQ and promo copy! but I can find no way to do either in FluentCart free and it's not listed as a pro feature.
Is this integration in the paid software but just not listed? Is it on the roadmap but not listed?

When an order has digital-only products, there are no shipping options as we disable those. For physical products, you change shipping statuses and customers will get the emails.
In the next quarter, we will add more tracking and advanced shipping related features.
Thanks for the reply, but that doesn't answer any of the questions? I know digital products don't need physical shipping options. But physical products DO need shipping options, such as weight and dimensions, and there are no options for those.
I don't think "you can manually email your customers status changes after shipping" matches up with "there's real time integration with carriers to calculate shipping rates," as written. If that's a road map future feature, great, but put it on the road map, not in the current features list.

\=> Currently we do not have, Primarily you need to calculate and set shipping charge for a single product and then fluentCart has the feature to multiply that with quantity. Weight feature is coming soon.

\=> We have webhook, so you can use this webhook data to configure your carrier(3rd party development support requires). Sadly we do not have any carrier like DHL, FedEx support. It will come soon.
