How to Display a Custom Payment Method?

Hello,
First, before I ask my question, congratulations on the official launch! 🥳

Question: I have developed a custom Payment Method for my country and placed it in the /app/Modules/PaymentMethod directory, but it does not show up on the Payment Settings page. I thought this would happen automatically.

How do I get the new payment method to display on the Payment Settings page? I'd appreciate your help with this.
