Hi FluentCart team,

I'd like to suggest a feature that would be very useful for selling event tickets: the ability to set a maximum total number of purchases per product.

For example: an event has 20 spots available. Once 20 people have purchased, the product automatically becomes unavailable, no more purchases possible.

I know per-customer limits exist, but what's missing is a global purchase cap for the product itself, regardless of who is buying.

What would be helpful:

  • A "maximum total purchases" field per product
  • Once the limit is reached, the product is automatically marked as sold out
  • Optionally: display a "sold out" message on the product page

This would make FluentCart a much stronger solution for event-based businesses selling tickets with limited capacity.

It's already available with stock management! Enable Stock Management from settings and then you can add stocks per pricing!

Sifiso Madwayi None, We have just the event. Created with Fluent cart (product) limited now with stock management😅 And then with fluent crm we send ticket( ID -email based ) if we want qr code i use Uncanny Automator.
