Granular/Elemental Bricks integration?
We were promised Bricks integration, and I bought an LTD on day one...yet, I have not been able to use it because what is offered is little more than a short code. We need elemental control of all pages, layouts, components, and elements. Is this on the road map? Any word on progress with this?
I don't mean to complain, but there's been so many other improvements with other Fluent offerings. I feel like you're missing a huge portion of your customer base here.
We have many elements to design the elements in Bricks for FluentCart. Which elements are you missing? Would love to improve. Did you check the latest version?
Shahjahan JewelΒ Hi, I have a simple variable product, and I'm trying to use {fct_product_price} to display the price. However, the price doesn't update when I select a variationβit only shows the base product price.
I also tried using the Price Range (FluentCart) element, but it only displays the price range (e.g., $20β$89) and doesn't update to the selected variation's price when a variant is chosen.
Is there a way to make the displayed price dynamically change based on the selected variation?
Shahjahan JewelΒ ...I really appreciate you responding! I think that I'm just spoiled by having Bricks Ultimate for WooCommerce. That same developer has been working on a similar plugin for FluentCart, but it doesn't quite hit the mark yet.
Just a few notes from tinkering with things:
It would be great to break up the monolithic 'Buy Section' element- the user should be able to place variations, price, quantity, buy now, and add to cart buttons as individual elements.
Also currently these elements have too many baked-in styles. One literally has to go in and undo every style that you've created, either through the element attributes or through custom CSS.
I'm still poking around, but those are my two biggest things so far. Thanks for hearing me out!
Ryan VickermanΒ the buy section is super complicated and super dynamic like it may have simple variation, single item and advanced version so we don't want to split that make that breaking when we extend that. Hope that clears up a bit.
Shahjahan JewelΒ ...I totally get it but, it would be nice for these components to 'vanilla' and completely unstyled out of the box as much as possible. I'd rather spend my time styling to our look than unstyling the component.
