Future Support for Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP)

Hi Shahjahan Jewel,

With the recent rise of the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) and its impact on AI-driven shopping, I was wondering if there are any plans to integrate this standard into Fluent Cart’s roadmap?

As AI agents become more involved in the checkout process, having UCP support would be a massive competitive advantage for store owners using your platform. Do you have plans to provide an endpoint or compatibility layer for this protocol soon?

Keep up the great work!

+1 for this, please

It's been a while since you posted this question. Have you explored the FluentCart MCP to enable connection with Google UCP? As I understand it, the FluentCart MCP is only intended for Admin-side queries. However, Google UCP works via MCP. It may be an additional feature that WPMN can add to permit UCP shopping.

This is a competitive area. SureCart has UCP support. There are plugins for WooCommerce to have UCP support. If it's not inside of FluentCart, that would be a gap.

Keep in mind that sites that block AI, like Amazon, won't appear in AI search checkouts with UCP.
