The goal is no longer to replace FluentCart's native reviews, but to extend them with additional marketing and customer loyalty features.
Here's what makes Reviews PRO different:
🎁 Review Rewards: Reward customers for eligible verified reviews with percentage or fixed-value discount coupons, including expiration dates, single-use restrictions and customer-specific rewards.
🔄 FluentCRM Integration: Connect review activity with CRM tags to support customer segmentation and follow-up workflows.
🛍️ Customer Retention: Go beyond simply collecting reviews by encouraging customers to return for another purchase.
🛡️ Native Reviews Compatibility: Version 2.0 is designed to work alongside FluentCart's built-in review system, avoiding duplicate review interfaces and overlapping functionality.
📦 Legacy Review Support: Existing Reviews PRO customers can preserve and export reviews collected with previous versions.
The Native Rewards Bridge also includes purchase verification and duplicate reward protection. It requires compatibility verification before activation.
