FluentCart on Front Marketing Site or Community Site?

I have an online film school that outside of Advanced Custom Fields and things like CleanTalk is entirely powered by Fluent:

Fluent CRM

Fluent Community

Fluent Forms Pro

Fluent SMTP

Fluent Booking

Fluent Support

The primary site for my film school is https://writedirect.co

The school is at https://school.writedirect.co

The school site is where all of the above plugins reside. When they enroll off the main marketing site they're taken to the "school" sub domain where Fluent Forms Pro submits them to the community, the CRM, etc.

HUGE question as Fluent Cart approaches a launch this month:

I want to use Fluent Cart. Should I set Fluent Cart up on the primary site and then use Flowmattic or something to create the student account on the school site?

I'm worried about one WP database storing CRM, Community, Sales...all of these tables and data.

What's the best approach? Thank you!

Does Flowmattic offer support for FluentCart? From what I see on the plugin site, the integrations are only with specified plugins. No webhooks or mention of other support. That support may come later, but you may not have a choice in the early days of product availability.

William BeemΒ they actively support Fluent Community so hoping they other will follow. But until it's live...not sure if they're talking to WPMN or not. Worst case something like N8n could be used.

kyler boudreau, I looked at n8n and found it won't do what I want to integrate plugins on a site. I think it does a much better job of integrating SaaS systems. That's my cursory view of it. As for FluentCart support, I hope some of the integration tools pick up on it. Right now, I don't even see the developer docs on the website. The developer page looks nice, but lacks the documentation that it promises. You just get to join a waitlist. That makes me believe it could be a while before we see that kind of support.

William BeemΒ copy that! Thx. Hopefully stuff happens soon. I'm excited about Fluent Cart because Fluent Forms Pro is good, but I need a little more.

Hey kyler boudreauΒ

Good thoughts here. I am wondering if I should recommend MailChimp to a customer as I worry about all the mailing list users that will be in the users list of the site. So I fully get you when you mention one WP database storing so much information. I am looking forward to seeing what comments show up.

An update: I pinged FlowMattic support and asked them about this. Here's the response:

kyler boudreauΒ Ooooo FlowMattic looks very interesting!

Paal Joachim RomdahlΒ I use them right now to alert me on community comments and posts. Works nicely...and they can do a lot more. Just haven't had the time to implement.
