FluentCart 1.3.15 is out, and this one's all about communication π
We've been thinking a lot about what happens after someone places an order. The checkout is just the beginning. What follows is a series of emails, reminders, and confirmations that shape how customers feel about your store. This release is focused entirely on making that side of things better.
- Gutenberg Email Editor. You can now edit your transactional emails using the same block editor you already use for pages and posts. Order confirmations, subscription updates, digital product instructions, all of it formatted visually, exactly the way you want.
- Live preview before you send. See exactly how your emails will look before a single one goes out. No more test-and-repeat guessing.
- Scheduled payment reminders. FluentCart now automatically sends reminder emails ahead of upcoming subscription renewals and installment payments. Fewer missed payments, smoother billing cycles.
- EU VAT improvements. Better reverse charge handling and the VAT block is now properly in place during checkout for European customers.
Plus a solid round of fixes covering CRM field sync, discount calculations, customer name updates, timezone handling in emails, subscription reactivation notifications, and modal checkout behavior.
Every update, we're trying to make FluentCart feel more complete. This one moves the needle.

Our team is working super hard and the next few updates will be super super exciting. Stay tuned π
Love the momentum! Keep it up!
Great stuff!
Love...

hey, readme.txt is broken on WordPress.org repo. Please check.
Gaurav TiwariΒ Looks like WP got issue when parsing the Readme.txt as we have too many lines on the changelog. We will compact it in the next version.
lovely, ps don't forget github repo update
Vibe CodeΒ already done.
Shahjahan JewelΒ thank you sir!
I love this feature - Scheduled payment reminders
Nice... We're still missing, Crypto payment options.
Shanto AsifΒ We don't have any immediate plan to support crypto. But please feel free to build an addon as out Payment Method API is really easy.
Shahjahan JewelΒ ok vai, I'll check the developer docs. Thanks. ππ½
Thanks for the update. Does this new version support TutorLMS? And if not, when can we expect this? I thought it was on the roadmap for this first quarter. Thanks!
Cool stuff. Canβt check it myself right now but what if you donβt use Gutenberg? Will the email editor still work? Me and plenty of other people have the Disable Gutenberg plugin or similar to disable Gutenberg.
F. C.Β it will work. We are using the Gutenberg engine to let you edit the emails visually.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Thatβs cool! Will check it out later. Love customizable emails.
Where can i see the email editor? When I want to edit the purchase receipt email for example, the blocks option does not show up.
Shahjahan JewelΒ hhm that doesn't show for me. Maybe it's a caching problem. Let me check
Shahjahan JewelΒ Please when are we going to have the EDD migration. Thanks
Ryk MelckΒ It's one of the top priorities. Hopefully end of this month.
Shahjahan JewelΒ our license expires tomorrow and I really do not want to renew the Β£499.50. and yes the pounds for me. So it's a big junk.
Ryk MelckΒ I will send you a message tomorrow!
With these new update does this mean you close to releasing Invoicing & Packing? Since you using the Gutenberg editor engine for the emails
Sifiso MadwayiΒ Yes, one at a time.
@Shahjahan JewelΒ Great to see those new features. We really appreciate them, and we are also expecting your Divi 5 support. When can we expect it?
Thanks for the scheduled payment reminders. I have clients on subscription and like to notify them before they're billed. I hope this will make things simpler and avoid some potential confusion.
I like it! Especially the scheduled payment reminders, these are really helpful.
I'm loving the new Gutenberg editor for the custom emails, great job!
I did, however, find a bug which I've patched myself. A ticket has been raised showing the fix.
Will the Scheduled payment reminders go out for existing subscribers/members or only new purchasers Shahjahan JewelΒ ?
I have been wondering how to deal with this for my existing subscribers, their memberships will renew in about 11 months and I don't think they will get a notification unless A) this fixes it retroactively or B) I fix it manually somehow.
Can you advise? Thank you for all these excellent updates.
NicolaiΒ It wil work for all. So it's basically check from the current time's subscription state.
Perfect! Thank you Shahjahan JewelΒ
Is there a option to add waiting list for coming soon products?
K AΒ i think Nelson MillerΒ is working on a waitlist feature
Thank you. still waiting for live shipping rates.
Shahjahan Jewel is there any way we can enable custom subscription intervals?
Iβm looking to move away from Woo, but I need more flexibility to match how we structure training blocks. For example, we often sell programs in 1-, 2-, or 3-month increments. The current setup handles monthly and quarterly, but thereβs no way to select something like a 2-month term from the dropdown.
It would be really helpful to allow custom intervals so we could also support things like bi-annual plans or even 2- or 3-week billing cycles.
Dave MudekΒ As a temporary workaround, I have created non subscription products that add a tag, giving people access to a membership. The purchase also triggers an automation which removes the tag at the end of whatever odd interval I give it.
This enables me to sell one off membership passes of any custom length I choose.
NicolaiΒ If Iβm following though, that would require the user to manually renew the membership at the end of the period. I run 4, 8, and 12 week subscriptions. Where the issue really comes from is the fact that each subscription comes with a one-on-one call during the block. We use the renewal to trigger an automation that clears their call used tags and allow them to book their next call. The calls are user or lose so we donβt tie the timeline to the individual calls though.
That's correct Dave MudekΒ mine is definitely a temporary workaround that is only useful for certain applications and I don't think it could help in your case.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Invoice Templates are really Important for my customers. So I would really like to see that in the near future.
Also it would be great if you could make a list of things you will NOT integrate in FluentCart. We all understand that it can't do everything and it would give us all a way to structure community plugins.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Is there way to setup FB Pixel and Conversion API as I intend to use FB ads and checkout with fluent cart, Free Pixel Your Site only supports Woocommerce I believe.
