Fluent Cart: Add Downloadable Asset via URL?

I'm loving the fact that I can link to a product image stored in AWS rather than hosting it on my WP local drive. Is it possible to also link to digital downloads the same way? Thanks so much for a great product. I appreciate the WPManageNinja Team. 👏👏👏
