Fluent Affiliate / Fluent Cart Intergration

Feature request: As part of the intergration between Fluent cart and Fluent Affiliate there should be a one click add of the affiliate dashboard into the Fluent Customer

Profile. Another intergration we should be able to turn on is The affiliate Registration fieldsbeing included in the product subscriptions as well with purchase, or visa versa.
